Here is the link: Countryside Lincs 2022 | Sun 10 Apr (lincolnshireshowground.co.uk)

The committe  made a snap decision to take stand space without knowing much/ anything  about the event or  what it involved.

It wasn't our event to publicise, though your point is noted, Stuart  - we could/should have included a line or two somewhere on the Forum.

* Pictured is the youngest visitor to the stand and his mum. Hard to tell if he was more interested in his copy of a back number of the LBR - his first bird book apparently - or in scoffing the scone.

Congratulations to Jasmine O'Connor (10) of Kirkby-in-Ashfield on winning a copy of Birds of Lincolnshire  in a photo-quiz at a countryside show in Lincoln today. She is pictured with parents Lynda and James, plus Bill Sterling (left) and Mike Harrison of Lincolnshire Bird Club.
The LBC stand at the event, held at Lincolnshire Showground, was busy all day, with visitors keen to learn about the county's birds from our team.
