4th April 2023

The female bird on the west side of the tower with a FEMALE SPARROWHAWK! A great size comparison and shows just how big the female peregrine is!

3rd April 2023

Firstly, a very brave stock dove... Then the female bird landing on the parapet with a dead magpie! Check out the size comparison!

15th March 2023

At last a bird in the nest tray! The (long) video below initially shows a couple of feral pigeons on the parapet before they are spooked.... Then a female (?) peregrine lands on the parapet and then drops into the nest tray - we think this is the first time in OVER two years that we have had a bird back in the nest tray... so fingers crossed! Could 2023 be the year they start breeding again!

4th March 2023

The St Wulfram's peregrines have yet to visit the nest tray in 2023. Fingers crossed they do in the next few weeks!

11th February 2023

The St Wulfram’s (Grantham) peregrine snacking on the front parapet.
